The Traps Window displays a list of all the Trap messages the manager has received. This window only contains a small amount of the information available in a Trap message, but information such as the time received, sending agent IP address, and enterprise or notification OID are displayed.
By right clicking in the Traps window the menu of actions available will be shown:
Info - displays the Trap Message Summary Window, displaying information for the currently selected trap/notification. Double clicking on an item in the traps window will also perform the same action.
Clear - removes all trap messages from the Traps window.
Delete - removes only the selected messages from the Traps window.

Field Summary
Time - the system time when this message was received.
Sender - the IP address this message was received from; it is possible that this address is not the originator of the message.
Originator - the IP address of the device that generated the original message.
Enterprise/OID - identifies the network management subsystem that generated the trap.
Generic Trap - (v1 Traps only) Indicates one of a number of generic trap types.
Specific Trap - (v1 Traps only) Indicates one of a number of specific trap codes.
