TryGetValue Method (SafeDictionary<TKey,TValue>)

Gets the value associated with the specified key.

key: Key used for lookup.
value: Value to set. Null if the key-value pair does not exist in the Dictionary.

Returns true if the key value pair exists in the Dictionary, false otherwise.

Locks on SyncRoot to provide automatic thread safety.
