A System.Drawing.Color value indicating the border color of the highlighted tab option.
When using the HtmlBoxTabStrip, one of the two tab options is always selected (for instance, when the HtmlBox is initially loaded, the "Design" tab is selected). This property is used to modify the visual appearance of the selected tab.
