Remarks

Set to False to attempt to reopen the mailbox as read-write during the next operation on the mailbox. Set to True to attempt to reopen the mailbox as read-only during the next operation on the mailbox.

If the mailbox cannot be reopened to its new state then the property is set to its original value. Setting this property to the current value has no effect.
