Returns a value that determines whether mouse-sensitive highlighting is enabled.

Remarks

The default is False (mouse-sensitive highlighting disabled).

When set to True, hot tracking is enabled and the header is highlighted when the user positions the mouse over the header. When set to False, the headers are not highlighted.
