ReadToCount Method

Read until count bytes are read, an exception is thrown, or the connection is closed.

Parameters

buffer: The byte array used to store the received data.
offset: The position in the buffer to store the data.
count: The number of byte to read.

Return Value

A Data object encapsulating the received data.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
DataException	Count bytes could not be read. The DataException.DataRead property contains any data received before the failure occurred.

Remarks

If a DataException is thrown, the DataException.DataRead property contains any data received prior to the exception.
