Remarks

If 'None' is specified in .NET 4.7+ or .NET Core 2.0, the operating system will choose the best protocol to use during authentication, and block protocols that are not secure (with certain exceptions dependent upon the OS). SSL2, SSL3, and Default should not be used due to their security vulnerabilities, and cannot be used in projects targeting .NET Core 2.0.
