Gets or sets the engine Id (byte array) that uniquely identifies an authoritative engine.

Remarks

The engine Id of each engine in Manager.EngineCache is updated during the discovery process. A special case is the authentication and decryption of traps from agents that have not been queried, so their EngineId and User info is not known. In this case a User must be initialized with Id and credentials, and added to Manager.TrapUsers.
